That's two wonderful things I've discovered today, your blog, and popknits.................... I LOVE this sweater you've created, I'm a huge fan of the thirties and forties too. I'm so thrilled I found your blog! Thank you so much for both your wonderful free patterns.................. Could a book of modern 30's/40's inspired knits be on its way?!

Hello again Meghan,
I've just been trying to source the yarn to make this sweater, and found myself wondering if there might be an alternative yarn you could suggest, from Rowan, or Debbie Bliss, which I can buy here in the U.K. and therefor won't be subject to the taxes, if I buy from the U.S?
I'd be so grateful if you did have a suggestion for an alternative?
Thank you so much.
My warmest wishes,
Vanessa

You offer us a very beautiful project. I've just finished your Shalom cardigan and I love it !
I modified some details because of my yarn but I was a pleasure to knit (and it is a pleasure to wear).
