Craft wish list

I want to make this quilt. Is craft imitation the sincerest form of flattery?

I'm also looking for a new knitting project. I will either try to tackle one of the designs I've been thinking about for ages, or maybe this or this.

That Amber sweater is in my queue! And I've had my eye on that Interweave sweater, too. I don't think you can make a wrong choice!

Ohhh I love that quilt, too!! I'll be your partner in crime and copy it myself as well.

Yes it is the sincerest form of flattery! For me anyway, one of the reasons to post photos of craft projects on the interwebs is to show others what a certain pattern looks like in a certain yarn/fabric/color, in case they like it and want to do the same. I also have no qualms about copying others. :)

Both those sweaters are gorgeous!! Though I'd also love to see what design ideas you have brewing!

Definitely the sincerest form of flattery. Both sweaters have awesome texture, but my personal vote would go to the Rowan one because it appears to be worked in the round. I'm a process knitter, and anything without seams is a winner!

That quilt is beautiful--I'm almost done with the Shalom sweater--It's my Christmas sweater!

Hello!

Thank you for the kind comments about my quilt. I am very flattered. However, please feel no compunction about copying - it's a pretty traditional pattern, in truth.

Fond regards,
leslie
